There were nine other people that made recordings in my former property.
Each of them made recordings independently of me.
Each of them has corroborating evidence.
The police chose not to speak to any of these witnesses.
Think about that: Nine independent witnesses.
Nine sets of independent recordings.
Nine people willing to testify.
Yet the police chose not to speak to any of them.
To ensure the recordings could not be tampered with and to establish which noises were coming from where, I implemented a strict protocol:
Result: The noises were consistently clearest in the basement recordings, in a shaft in the basement wall, behind the rear wall of the shop premises behind 20 College Street.
This protocol was designed to eliminate two key objections:
Nine people, across multiple dates, all using the same protocol, all capturing similar sounds in the same location (the shaft in the wall of the basement).
This is not one person's word against another.
This is a documented, repeatable, verifiable pattern of evidence.
These nine witnesses shared their experiences in a 45-minute documentary I produced called "The Ammanford Untouchables".
"The Ammanford Untouchables" - Nine witnesses share their recordings and experiences
In the documentary, each witness describes what they heard, where they placed the recorders, and their reactions to the sounds they captured.
One witness has spoken out about his willingness to speak to the police:
This man is one of the people who made recordings at the property.
The police response to nine witnesses:
Despite knowing that nine others had independently made recordings, and despite the fact that their testimony would either corroborate or contradict my claims—the police have never spoken to any of them.
The police have chosen to rely solely on the claim that I have mental health issues (proven false) rather than interview nine independent witnesses who can verify the recordings.
If these recordings were nothing more than a "delusional" fantasy, what motivated nine other people to make their own recordings?
If I were suffering from a mental health condition causing auditory hallucinations, those hallucinations would not be captured on other people's recordings, nor would I have been able to record the noises.
The only logical conclusion is that the sounds were real, and the witnesses are telling the truth.
The nine people who made recordings were ordinary individuals from various backgrounds:
Each of them could be contacted by the police.
The recordings could be independently analyzed by the police.
Yet the police have not taken any of their views into consideration.
Evidentiary note:
All documented comments, fake identities, and correspondence are preserved in their original format.
The evidence includes audio evidence, witness testimony, police correspondence, and physical site documentation.
