Take Down Request Policy

This website is dedicated to the public interest investigation of serious crimes, police conduct, and witness silencing. However, I respect legitimate rights to privacy, safety, and legal protections.

Grounds for take down requests:

Personal information (address, phone number, private identifiers) that poses a safety risk.
Material that is demonstrably false and defamatory under UK law (evidence required).
Copyright infringement or proprietary content used without permission.
Information about minors that could cause harm.

What will not be removed: Factual evidence, witness testimony, audio recordings, police documentation, or legitimate opinion where there is public interest.

All take down requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days. If I refuse removal, I will explain why and offer to publish a rebuttal or correction.
